Since I haven't written anything new that is holiday related this year (well, there's the

spn_j2_xmas fic that isn't quite posted yet of course, coming soon), I wanted to make a post o the fics I've written that are holiday/seasonal related.

Standing On The River's Edge - 5,000 - G Set right after 1.03 "Dead In The Water", pre-Wincest, Hurt!Dean, Mute!Dean, Dean's not talking, so Sam is, much eggnog is consumed, a letter is written and read.

Ghosts of Room 118 - 7,400 - NC-17 Established Relationship. Set right after 8.09 - Room 118 holds many memories for Sam Winchester, but on Christmas Eve, he finds that his dreams hold even more. After visits from the Ghosts of Christmas Wasn’t, Christmas Not-So-Much, and Christmas Maybe-Never help him figure out if he and Dean can find a way to travel down Crazy Street together?

No Small Matter -2,000, G, Crowley-centric, Set in a time between 9.21 "King of the Damned" and 9.23 "Do You Believe In Miracles", a dreaming (or is he?) and deeply conflicted Crowley gets to experience his very own version of A Christmas Carol. Summary: Sam does a spell to get rid of his unwanted attraction for his brother, but as his attraction leaves him, the feelings enter Dean and are added to what he already feels for Sam. This leaves Sam with literal heartache and a whole lot of explaining to do.

Authors Note: Done for a prompt in the OhSam Sam-Centric H/C Fic Challenge by romantiscue :“Sam does a spell to get rid of his unwanted attraction for his brother, but as the attraction leaves him, they enter Dean. And in the process, leave Sam with random bouts of literal heartache. Bonus points if the Wincest stays unrequited (as that's kind of the point, and because I'm a complete angst junkie) and if you have Dean freaking out about his developing attraction to his baby brother.” Think I covered most of the points in the story, hope you like it romantiscue!

So ever since the fire sometimes, when things are bad, Dean stops talking. It doesn't happen often, and it never lasts that long. But for some reason, maybe because November is such a bad month, something always happens right before Christmas that shuts him up. So Dean's spend every Christmas since the fire mute. it gets to the point where he just associates them and it happens automatically. And now it's their first Christmas since Stanford and Dean stops talking around the 23rd and Sam just isn't used to it anymore. I don't know. Spark any bunnies for anyone?

This was my first time try at a comment-fic\-meme and I failed making it so long, sigh. I’ll do better next time, I promise.
