Oh I love this so much! Even barfing Dean! Sam taking care of him but being so insecure about it, like it's not right somehow, him being the one taking care of Dean for once! Love how Dean allows Sam to cuddle him in bed even though Sam's not sure he'll let him, and the whole bathroom scene the next morning is just ADORABLE! Oh boys!
